I am so sick of the fat debate.
It really is something that comes down to personal circumstance, but if you’re of a healthy weight and can’t accept your own body, you too are contributing to the problems surrounding body image.
Perhaps, instead of poking fingers at the result of a problem, we could find the source and erase it.
